while the majority of the world is opening presents and celebrating christmas on december 25,
my family is having a waffle party to celebrate my dad's birthday. for as long as i've known it has been our tradition. family and friends will come over in the afternoon for homemade waffles (all made by my dad of course). for dinner, only a few of us are left and we order in chinese food.
i love our quirky little family traditions and no matter where i live, i somehow, someway will try my best to be home and not miss any waffle parties.
